ME.

People who are good at analysis tend to be cautious builders. People who ship fast tend to skip the thinking. I've never understood that split — the rigor is what makes the build worth shipping, and the build is what makes the rigor worth anything.

So I build the proof first. The thesis, the prototype, the governance standard, the site — because the distance between the idea and the artifact is where most things die, and closing it fast resets what people think is possible.

I've done it from every seat: founded a health system from zero and ran it through acquisition; built a billing platform and sold it to a Fortune 50; most recently six specialty risk books inside Carelon (Elevance Health), seeing every structural gap from the inside. I work best when the problem is structural, the politics are honest, and nobody is pretending the current approach is working.
