Behavioral health and SUD operator first. Founded a 13-location, five-state system — MAT, narcotic treatment, IOP, primary care, a community hospital — took it past $30M in annual revenue and 750+ staff, and ran it as CEO through acquisition, staying three and a half years to finish the integration.
The unglamorous middle is mine too: delegated credentialing, provider acquisition, member growth, payer contracting, and DEA/SAMHSA compliance at narcotic-treatment depth — the regulated deep end of American medicine.
Then the other side of the table: founded and sold a billing-integrity platform that returned $9.2M to payers in its first six months of full deployment — acquired by a Fortune 50 — and I ran product across six specialty risk books and $50B+ in specialty spend at Carelon (Elevance Health) through 2026. I know what payers buy, and why.
